1st Course Catering LLC is a licensed, bonded and insured catering company in Maryland. Inspired by her grandmother and their Sunday’s spent in the kitchen, Lisa began her food career as a caterer. Chef Lisa has always loved food and entertaining. Luckily, she was able to turn this love of food into a career with 1st Course Catering, and have spent the last eighteen years sharing this passion with family, friends, clients, and co-workers alike.
